This email includes new product feature release notes and updates for the Hopstack Platform.
We have also included relevant support materials to help you navigate the new changes to the platform. Modify the Expiration Date of Products During Prepping - [Prep Center]
Associate users will now be able to edit the expiry dates of FBA products during the prepping stage of the fulfillment process.
This will allow warehouses to reduce wastage by accurately assessing inventory age and preferentially diluting them as needed.
Edit Amazon Shipment Plan -[Prep Center]
The platform now enables users to edit the Amazon shipment plans that were created in Hopstack.
Users with adequate permissions will now be able to edit the following aspects of a shipment plan:
Product quantities (constrained by Amazon’s product-specific guidelines for quantity adjustments)
Actual SKUs that were chosen as part of the shipment plan
Shipment Name
Shipment Pickup Address
Warehouse operators can also choose to either discard or restock the adjusted quantities of the products from the shipment plan.
Amazon FBM Capabilities [Prep Center]
The platform supports the following capabilities to ensure that Amazon FBM fulfillment can be conducted with a better degree of ease:Manual Address Input - Users can now type out the portions of the delivery address that was not sent over by Amazon for FBM orders due to personal information restrictions.
Address Validation - The typed address can now be checked to ensure whether or not it’s a valid address in the United States. This check is optional and Hopstack users can choose to ignore the validation if they choose to do so. This feature is powered by the address validator built by the United States Postal Service
Additional Details to Warehouses
The Warehouse Management module has been upgraded to include additional contact details (Email and Phone) and address details (Address Line 1, Address Line 2, City, State, ZIP Code, and Country).Product Management Module Enhancements:
Enhanced Product Details: Additional fields to provide more comprehensive product information. Users can now add a detailed description, assign a specific category, and specify the type of each product.
Expanded Attribute Options: In addition to the existing attributes, new attributes for size, shape, and color has been added. Custom attributes can also be created.

Auto Retry In Case of Shipment Plan Failure within Thresholds [Prep Center]
The platform will now automatically retry the creation of shipment plans in the case of failure from Amazon’s end.
The user will be able to identify the reasons for failures (e.g. HAZMAT products, etc.) and make adjustments for retries.
Users will also be able to set thresholds beyond which retries should not be conducted i.e. if a 10-item shipment plan is supposed to have a threshold of 5 products, then the system will continue to retry shipment plan creation as long as the number of rejected items is greater than the threshold specified. If it is lesser than the threshold, it will stop retrying.
List views on all workflows to improve visibility
Improved visibility by adding list views to workflows and additional columns providing associates with crucial information at a glance.Move or Discard Damaged Inventory from the Stock Ledger [Prep Center]
Admins now have the ability to take action on items in the damaged status of the available stock. Take action directly from the platform by choosing to "Move to Stock" or "Discard".Beta Version of Billing
With this new feature, you can configure precise billing profiles, track resource usage, and streamline your invoicing process.
Please note that this feature is currently in beta, and we welcome your feedback to further enhance its functionality.
