Vendor Management
Vendor Management is now enabled for all Hopstack customers.
Vendor Management allows users to centrally manage vendors & suppliers for different SKUs in the warehouse. It allows you to pre-configure information about vendors such as contact information, shipping information, products supplied by them, and so on.
This feature is now integrated with the Vendor Returns workflow (released in January) to simplify the process of creating Vendor Returns.
Specify vendors while creating consignments to track suppliers against incoming products.

Stock Ledger Improvements
Added a toggle switch to filter out ‘Out of Stock' items from showing up on the screen to improve focus on active SKUs.
Added widgets to display inventory analytics at a glance, including key metrics such as the number of active products, quantity allocated to FBA shipment plans, damaged stock, and total stock available.
Added Dropshipping Capabilities
Customers can now mark inbound consignments as drop-shipped consignments to enable a refined, short fulfillment flow for their products.
Dropshipped consignments will now transfer from receiving dock straight to the prepping stage, followed by shipping.
This feature is currently only available to customers who have requested for it to be enabled. Get in touch with us to know more.
Intra-Warehouse Stock Transfer (Replenishments)
Intra-warehouse stock transfer (i.e. bin to bin stock transfer and replenishments) is now enabled for all customers on the Hopstack platform.
Users with admin roles will be able to create transfer jobs to move stock from one location to another within the same warehouse. Here’s what it looks like.
Admins will also be able to specify warehouse associates for a transfer job (or even individual tasks in a transfer job). Here’s what the associate workflow looks like.
Save Consignments as Drafts
Saving Consignments as Drafts has been enabled for all Hopstack customers.
All users with access to create consignments will now be able to save their consignments as drafts mid-way through the process.
This allows customers to revisit their consignments and edit products, suppliers, tracking details, dates, and other consignment attributes (except the destination warehouse and client name).
Here’s a video explaining how to save consignments as drafts.
