11142022 - November 2022: I

  • Introducing Product Management

    • For cleaner monitoring of the actual inventory in the warehouse, we have separated the product and inventory measurement screens

      • Benefit for the warehouse - Enables management of all products across your clients

      • Benefit for the clients:

        • Enables the clients to manage and see their Amazon and other e-commerce platform products in a single location

        • Clients can in real-time sync updated products across various e-commerce channels with a single click within a few seconds to a minute (automated sync is also enabled)

        • Clients can manually create new products on the platform, start the inbound fulfillment process with their Prep Center, and at a later time create the product listing on Amazon and other e-commerce platforms, and then merge the two seamlessly

    • Inventory Measurement can now be cleaner to show only the products which are physically present in the warehouse. We will be soon releasing a more comprehensive version of inventory measurement, which would provide a ledger of all inventory in the warehouse across different stages including inbound, in-storage locations, in outbound, etc. for end-to-end visibility of the inventory

  • Quick Toggle of Associate Roles

    • Associate users with multiple roles will no longer need to log out to switch between their multiple roles. They can simply go to the top right corner and choose a different role.

  • UPS Shipment Creation Glitch

    • Our customers who are directly integrated with UPS had their shipment creation failing due to missing state or country codes. This has been fixed now. Our customers can now continue using UPS for their FBM fulfillment via UPS.

  • ASIN links - We have enabled hyperlinks to ASINs for quick and easy product verification

  • Blind Receiving:

    • Our customers can now do blind receiving from their clients in one of two ways:

      • Case 1 (in development): The client has posted the product on Amazon, but has not created an inbound order for their Prep Center. The Prep Center can still receive the product and add it to warehouse stock.

      • Case 2 (released): The client has not posted the product on Amazon, but the client can create the product on Hopstack and create an inbound order for their Prep Center. The Prep can receive the products, but the client will eventually need to post the product on Amazon via their seller central account, and then assign the ASIN generated to the product created in Hopstack

  • Over-receiving (in development):

    • Wherein the client sends more products than created in the inbound order consignments, the system would be able to accept that transaction without compromising on stock level integrity.

Planned Next week's releases:

  • Amazon FBM

  • eBay FBM

  • FBA LTL shipments with a partnered carrier

  • FBA LTL shipments with a non-partnered carrier

  • FBA non-partnered carrier integrations for Hazmat

  • Carton/Case/Pallet configuration
