Dear Customer,
This email includes new product feature release notes and updates for the Hopstack Platform.
Note: You will be prompted to update your email address with your Hopstack credentials when you log in today. This is an effort to enable the new User Management features that we have released today.
We have also included relevant support materials to help you navigate the new changes to the platform. Please click on the Support Resources hyperlink under the relevant topic headers to open the respective support materials. Please log in to the support portal with the password already supplied to you.
New Location for Product Management
The product management module is now shifted from the Inventory tab to the Setup tab.
Customer and Vendor/Client Returns
Customer and Vendor/Client returns have been activated on the platform for all customers
Customer Returns - Customer returns via ERP integration, EDI, or manually tagged (i.e. inbound consignment created) have been enabled. Customer returns can also be classified during the receiving process
Vendor or Client (only applicable for FBA and FBM) Returns - Vendor return outbound can be directly triggered from Inventory > Measurement screen
Updated User Management
The User Management module has been updated with new features to improve user experience and account security:
Users will now need to link an email to login into the Hopstack Platform - This feature enables password reset for forgotten passwords and also allows identity verification for account security purposes
Note: Post release of this features, users who do not have an email linked to their account will need to include their email as a one-time activity during the next login into Hopstack Platform
Users can now RESET their password.
Admins can add new users to their Hopstack Platform simply by sending out invites to the user’s email addresses.
Admins can suspend user accounts in addition to the deletion of users. Suspension of an account DOES NOT result in the deletion of user data, it only prevents the user from logging into the platform. Suspended accounts can be reactivated by a simple toggle on Admin’s User Management screen
Admins can now monitor User Status in real time, including currently logged-in/active users, inactive users, or suspended users
Admins can monitor individual user activity logs on a users account via AUDIT TRAIL feature
Stock Ledger
The Inventory Measurement module is now the Stock Ledger module.
The Stock Ledger module yields greater visibility for clients into SKU-level inventory at different stages. It includes details about inventory in transit, in docks, and in permanent stock along with the ability to drill down into location-wise storage.
Stock Cycle Count
The stock cycle count feature has been enabled for all customers on the Hopstack Platform. Stock cycle count allows the warehouse to perform on-demand or planned inventory audit
Currently, cycle count plans are enabled for storage bin locations in the warehouse (more options coming soon)
A cycle count report is available after the completion of the activity.
Stock adjustment transactions can now be triggered from the cycle count report
Improved Product Search
An improved search bar in the ‘Product Management’ module now includes a search based on additional product identifiers and attributes, such as Product Name, SKU, ASIN, and FNSKU.
Search has been optimized to deliver results up to 2X faster than before
POS Laju Integration
The Hopstack platform now enables customers to integrate with the Malaysian shipping service POS Laju.
This integration allows customers to create shipping labels, create outbound order requests, track orders and perform rate shopping.

Hopstack’s team tirelessly performs extensive testing of new features before any release. While we continue to accelerate these releases to enable our customers, sometimes there may be bugs and corner cases that the team might have missed/overlooked. We sincerely request that our customers report any usability feedback or bugs that are observed in the platform. Our team continues to strive for excellence and will resolve the reported issues as soon as possible.
These features are already available to the customers as of Tuesday morning CT. Our team is constantly monitoring the platform's performance and will be performing micro-releases if necessary (to address any feedback received from customers)
